These terms cover formulabtc.com and Free Formula BTC Alerts. The publisher is Anthony, operating Formula BTC.

The site gives you a personal license to read the publication. You may not scrape it or resell it. Quoting a call with credit and a link is fine.

The daily guide is free: every line, every price level, and the history. Free Formula BTC Alerts: The Daily Call card on this site updates every day. You only get an email when something changes, with a short note on what changed and what it means for you. Follow @formulabtc on X if you want it there too.

Alerts store the email address you submit. There is no password. A magic-link login, when it is offered, expires in 30 minutes and works once. You are responsible for that inbox.

The publication is provided as is. We do not warrant that a call will be on time, error-free, or profitable. The disclaimer is part of these terms. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a claim related to the site is limited to zero, because the publication is free.

We may suspend access that abuses the site or tries to extract more than the published call. We may change these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the change means you accept it. If you do not, stop using the site.
